We're waving goodbye to the Sign In Central Record brand and will be transitioning to the Sign In App brand. Below are some of our most common questions regarding the transition.

Last year we joined the Sign In Solutions family after being acquired by Sign In App. It’s been an exciting journey so far helping schools and businesses elevate their safety processes by integrating their SCR and visitor management, and it’s now time for the next chapter. We will be rebranding to bring a more unified experience across our solutions.

Why is the brand changing, and what does this mean for me as an existing customer?

You’ll still be using the same product you’ve come to know and love; you’ll just be seeing Sign In App instead of Sign In Central Record. You’ll also benefit from lots more improvements as we look to enhance our solutions to continue streamlining visitor experiences.

Will there be any changes to the product I currently use?

You may start seeing the Sign In App brand appear over the last few months of 2024 in things like email newsletters and other customer communications. From 1st January 2025, everything will be branded as Sign In App.

When will I start seeing Sign In App in place of Sign In Central Record?

Yes - if you’ve been a customer for a while, you’ll be aware that we changed our name from SCR Tracker to Sign In Central Record at the beginning of the year. This was part of our transition plan as we brought the platforms together. Now that the products are closely integrated, it’s time for us take the next step. Rest assured, our customers will always remain our top priority, whichever of our products they use today.

This transition is an integral part of our Visitor Management 2.0 vision as we strive to transform the future workplace and visitor experiences. By combining Central Record with our visitor management solution, you get a comprehensive system that enhances security, improves efficiency and creates a seamless experience for visitors and employees. As part of Sign In App, you’ll also find solutions for visitor management, desk and room booking, Time & Attendance and more.

What new benefits will I get from this transition?

No, your current logins will remain the same. If any changes are required in the future, we will inform you well in advance with detailed instructions.

When you reach out to us via live chat, phone or email, you’ll still be talking to the same team you have been up until now. We’re all just now part of team Sign In App! Support emails will go to signincentralrecord@signinapp.com and live chat can be accessed from signinapp.com.

Will there be any changes to customer support or account management?

There will be no immediate changes to the price of your existing subscription as a result of the rebrand. If there are any future changes, we will notify you well in advance.

Will there be any changes to the price of subscription?

All future invoices will have updated payment information and company details and you will be notified of these changes in advance. 

Will I need to update my payment information?

As of 2025, this website will no longer exist and will be redirected to signinapp.com. If you need any support information or contact details, you’ll be able to reach us on the Sign In App website.

We will be merging monthly newsletters into one combined customer update each month, so you’ll be able to find out all of the exciting things happening across our solutions.

How will communications about the products change moving forward?

You may have noticed we’ve been inactive for a little while already. All activity now happens on the Sign In App accounts! To stay up-to-date, go and give us a follow. From 2025, the Sign In Central Record platforms will no longer exist.
